Memorial Day Weekend is the unofficial beginning of summer. I am so thankful for all of my family that has devoted parts of themselves to our great country. I am also so thankful and forever grateful to those that gave everything so that I may have the freedoms and opportunities that I do.

How I have missed you and been waiting for you. This summer is a little different because this summer brings our little Jack!!

Work Baby Shower

My coworkers threw a baby shower for me today. It was a diaper/gift card shower. Jack racked up! My coworkers are so kind and generous!!

Last week of school

Well, today was our last day of class. We are giving final exams the rest of the week. Here are my crazy kids. The wig children are freshmen and will hopefully be in my class next year (the district is doing some weird things with our schedules). The kids "working" are my sophomores headed off to west campus--I'll miss them. I've had the sophomores for two years. They're my kiddos--even if they do drive me crazy sometimes!!

Third Trimester!!!!!

Wooooo hoooooo!!!! We're rounding the final turn...the light is at the end of the tunnel! Today marks day 1 of the third trimester! Here are some pics of mama and Jack at 28 weeks. :)

I am a big boy!!

We went to get a 4D ultrasound today. We got to watch little man move around for 30 minutes. We are both head over heels in love with this little guy and absolutely cannot wait for him to get here in July!!! He looks like his daddy, and has such a sweet face. He kicked and punched quite a bit so I could see just what it is he's doing in there. We got the whole visit on a DVD so I can watch him on tv whenever I want!! Here are a couple of shots we got. Two are great shots, one is a shot of an angry Jack face. He was getting fed up with being poked and prodded. ;)

Jack's room is coming along!! His bedding came in yesterday. I love, love, love it!!

On another note, twice this week I have had strangers tell me that I'm huge. One lady said "you must be almost done, thank goodness you'll miss this summer heat." her jaw dropped when I told her I still had 12 weeks, and then she told me I'm big. Another lady just asked me if I was sure there was only one baby in there. Ummmmm....what on earth am I going to look like in July if people already think I'm full term now?!?! LOL. I just tell people Jack is just taking all the space he thinks he needs. ;)
