We went out to eat tonight. We sat in the patio because it was empty and figured we'd let little man run free...he had a blast!!

When we came home I swaddled Clay because we're trying to work on sleep training. J decided he wanted to be swaddled (without the arms), too. The end result is just too precious.

On Thursday, Clay went to his 2 month appointment. He's 23" long and 13.5 lbs. 54% in height, 73% in weight. Chunker!!!

He also had his first round of shots. He was a sad pup. 

Friday Clay figured out he could hold things. It was lots of fun!!

Saturday was gorgeous!! We attempted (key word) to do yard work. The boys didn't agree.

I promised Clay I wouldn't put him in his car seat today since he was stuck in it for the most part of 2 days. He translated that to mean I wouldn't put him down. I gave in today since we didn't get to snuggle so much on our drive home. I got addicted to the netflix series Orange is the New Black and didn't unpack anything. =\. Eh. There is always tomorrow and I know now that they are only so little for a very short time.

Today is this special guy (and all the other special guys out there) special day. Fathers Day!! I took this photo this morning in the hotel.

We're in a hotel this morning because we are driving back from FL. Yep. We're spending Fathers Day in a car. Eek!! We stopped in Mobile to visit the BIG BOAT (USS Alabama battleship)

It's a Jack boat (little boat...well little in comparison to the battleship)

Poor Clay is never in the pics so we took a selfie to prove he's here ;)

Daddy is such a sucker and got J his own Battleship. We're just hoping we didn't leave it at the restaurant!! Which was a very interesting experience in itself. Their truck hadn't come in and so they had no food. They served my po boy on a hamburger bun. We saw all the bad reviews once we were seated, so sucked it up and stayed.

One of my dear teacher friends that moved to Nashville last year met up with us last night for dinner. It was so fun to see her!!

This is Benson. Uncle Will named him when we got here. The boys love Benson.

Tonight is the Last night at the beach. We head home tomorrow. We went to the Naval Aviation Museum today. The boys loved it!

The plane in this picture is what the boys' great grandfather flew in the Korean War.
